Another offering from Laetitia and Gaston Rutaganda at Rwamatamu Coffee - the same producers behind Kibaya - Humeka is grown in Nyamasheke, Rwanda at 1,900 MASL and composed entirely of Red Bourbon beans. Notes of raspberry, concord grape, and cherry pie bring a rich, jammy sweetness to the cup, while a wine-like character adds depth and intensity throughout. Underneath the fruit, chocolate graham cracker rounds everything out with a soft, familiar warmth that keeps the coffee grounded and approachable.
